Competitive Boxing Training: Open Level Sparring and Skills

Step up your game with an authentic competitive boxing session. Designed for fighters of all experience levels, this class combines advanced technique, live drills, and optional sparring to help you develop real ring skills. Beginners are welcome and coaches tailor drills to every ability level. Kids and adults are welcome.

Boxing Conditioning and High-Intensity Circuit Training

Boost your stamina, power, and agility with this full-body boxing conditioning class. Expect a fast-paced mix of heavy bag work, speed drills, strength exercises, and heart-pumping intervals to burn calories and build fight-ready endurance.

We understand sometimes it’s more comfortable to train in a class with women only. We offer that to our community to help with fitness, self-defense, and strength.

Intermittent Camps

We have a two-month training camp for those who would like to experience what pro and elite amateurs go through.
