Youth Boxing
We offer classes for children, ages 8 to 17 years old. Kids can train every day which includes: cardio, circuit training, mitt work, strength training, and some days we have sparring included in class.

Beginner Adult Classes
In our beginners classes, we cover the basics: stance, footwork, how to throw a punch, and anything else you need to build a boxer’s foundation.

Elite Amateur and Pro Training
Coach Nu and Nemo have experience coaching amateur fighters. We are extremely strict with the agreement to train which includes diet plans, mental strength training (reading and auto-suggestion), daily physical training, weekly sparring but most importantly, no quitting. Women Only Classes
We understand sometimes it’s more comfortable to train in a class with women only. We offer that to our community to help with fitness, self-defense, and strength.

We have a two-month training camp for those who would like to experience what pro and elite amateurs go through.
